Recently I had an issue while deploying Visaul Studio 2010 in the SharePoint environment. It was working fine and suddenly started giving issue saying :
"Error occurred in deployment step, recycle iis application pool - provider load failure SharePoint 2010"
To resolve the issue,
Navigate to service.msc and locate "Windows Management Instrumentation". Restart the service and we are done!!!
